A Brief History

Shri Sanatan Dharm School started as a primary school near Laxman Mandir in 1931. The school was gradually upgraded to a middle school in the 1930s, upto secondary level in the 1960s and senior secondary level in the 1980s. The school finally received permanent affiliation upto Higher secondary level with the Rajasthan Board of Secondary education in the year 2000. The school has seen many ups and downs in its 86 year history and the present management committee endeavours to set the highest standards in education ever seen in Bharatpur. The school  is  being run as an English medium, co-educational, CBSE affiliated & IB PYP authorised school.

A number of good non-government schools exist in and around Bharatpur and are doing excellent service in the field of education. Each of these schools has a special ethos and is providing a special service to the people of Bharatpur. Sanatan School is not a substitute to any of these schools nor does it envisage being in competition with any other school in Bharatpur. Sanatan aims to add value to the city of Bharatpur by FILLING A GAP in school education in Bharatpur.

Which GAP?

All parents desire to provide their children with the best possible quality of education.
