Dear Parents,

You are kindly informed that I/C Rakhi Making Activity is scheduled on 14^th August 2019, Wednesday. Child have to bring the basic structure/ material from home, but complete formation of Rakhi would be take place at school. The judgement criteria and marks will be follows :

i. Material used – 25 marks. ii. Creativity – 25 marks. iii. On spot involvement of child – 50 marks.

Best three rakhies will be selected in each class to be posted in media.

Dear Parents,

Please be informed aboutthe change of schedule for your ward due to cultural event to be held on 14^th Aug, 19 at UIT Auditorium, near Police Parade ground Bharatpur.

The reporting time, at school, for the students will be 12:20 PM by own transport. Students will reach the venue by school conveyance.

You are also invited to witness the performance of your ward at the UIT Auditoriumfrom 4:30 onwards. Students will go with their parents/guardian after their performance.

2. The fee for each subject is Rs.150/-
3. The exam schedule is as follows:

Please be informed about TaekwondoTraining Camp, to be held from 20^thSeptember 2019 to 5^th October 2019 (6:00 PM to 7:00 PM) at the school campus. The school transport facility will not be provided for the camp.

You are kindly informed that on Thursday, 4^th Oct 2019  Ravan Effigy Making Competition is schedule for classes (I-IV). The following points are to be taken care of while making the effigy.

1. Use Waste Material.
2. Maximum Size of effigy should be 1.5 feet.
3. Basic Structure of effigy can be brought from home.
4. The assembling/ designing would be completed in the school. 

The basic structure of the Effigy can be brought on 3^rd of October. The judgment criteria of the competition would be as follows.

1. Material used (15 marks)
2. Creativity (15 marks)
3. On spot involvement of the child (20 marks)
